All of our flavored coffees start with 100% premium Arabica
beans, roasted to a Full City Minus. Then we add the finest flavors
and let the beans "set" for 24 hours to ensure that they fully
absorb the flavoring. By starting with a higher grade Central
American coffee, the coffee retains a full body in the cup and
allows the added flavorings to stand out.
