Most people don't know that this tea is so well-made, you can actually infuse it TWICE! I usually put about 20 rolls in with 20oz of boiling water and let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Then when that's done, a little later in the day, I use the same tea leaves AGAIN! Its just as strong and just as smooth. High vitamin-C content too!
