All of our flavored coffees start with 100% premium Arabica beans, roasted to a Full City Minus. Then we add the finest flavors and let the beans "set" for 24 hours to ensure that they fully absorb the flavoring. By starting with a higher grade Central American coffee, the coffee retains a full body in the cup and allows the added flavorings to stand out.

This is fast becoming one of my favorites if not my favorite. It will be hard to beat the Maple Pecan but this is close. I can't get enough of it...really glad I found this flavor to add to my rotation. I love this stuff.
