Had a grateful blend at Proof in Washington DC and came home right away and placed my order. I was a bit worried that I could not make it as well as the restaurant, but it was just as delicious!
Delightful Blend

Grateful Palate Coffee Blend is quite flavorful. I purchased it for the purpose of making expresso. In that regard, I found that it is not quite as robust and "nervy" as I desire. For that reason, I give it a four out of five stars. Those desiring a refined, rich brew should not hesitate to give this a try.
