We flavor only on order, starting with 100% premium Arabica beans, roasted to a Full City Minus. Then we add the finest flavors and let the beans "set" for 24 hours to ensure that they fully absorb the flavoring. By starting with a higher grade Central American coffee, the coffee retains a full body in the cup and allows the added flavorings to stand out.

This is by far my favorite of the flavored coffees. It is like pancakes in a cup. Everyone at my office loves the aroma. The perfect combination of flavor and scent. I love this coffee.
