Summary

La Minita Estate coffee is here, and it is very good indeed! The current crop once again does not disappoint. The grand cru estate of coffee. In my opinion, this is the most perfectly crafted estate coffee I have tasted. Medium bodied, crisp acidity, yet so smooth and complex as a shot of espresso, I thought I had died and gone to coffee heaven.

An author, whose books I’ve been reading for quite some time, has mentioned Hacienda La Minita coffee in every book. While searching for a place to buy it, I came across Moore Coffee and decided to try them. The La Minita Tarrazu is a medium roast with a wonderful aroma and superb taste. I have only had it a few days and it is almost gone. I will buy Moore Coffee again, very soon. The experience and the coffee were both excellent!

A wonderfully centered nut/chocolate brew. Not as elegant and centered as Blue Mountain, but then what is! The Minita has extra nuances for added interest, so very nice and full.
