La Flor Peaberry is grown by small farmers in the valley of Antigua and processed at the famous Pastores mill, supervised by the quality manager of the La Minita Estate who flies in regularly from Costa Rica.

Medium to full bodied with very mellow citric notes layered in rich velvety milk chocolate.

Intoxicating aroma

This varietal might convert me from my usual dark roasts. The aroma is so inviting and, yes, there is a caramel feel to the palate. It makes you want to linger the way you melt a square of chocolate on your tongue. I couldn't wait to order more! Highly recommend.
