This past summer my wife and family drove up the coast to San Fransisco. We visited 7 different coffee roasters and bought a bag of espresso from each. After returning home we had a cappuccino comparison of our own over a weeks period.

Palermo stood out from the rest. Very smooth, not bold or harsh at all. We walk away with a slightly carmel/chocolatey flavor. This will now be our daily grind.

We're also glad to see a coffee roaster that still sells 1lb bags and not skimping down to 12oz. bags. Thanks for taking care of us Gayla, you're awesome!!
