While I'm sure many tasters are happy with this coffee just the way it is I believe I would prefer it with a darker roast. As an experiment I am blending it when I grind it with a darker roasted blend from a nearby store. When I have a chance I will get some French Roast and use that.

This is an excellent roast. I drink my coffee black and for me this has a slightly sweet taste. And Moore Coffee is the best coffee company around with the very best customer service.

This Tanzania Peaberry is incredible. Excellent flavor and roasting.
