Smooth and complex

Another very well made coffee with one hangup for me. Although very smooth, the complexity includes a drying (leathery?) light bitterness that also carries into the aftertaste. If you like your coffee complex, and don't mind this other aspect, this is definitely a winner.
A peaberry treat
