Great coffee but not quite for me
From Hassan of Oxnard, California on .
I enjoyed this coffee but it wasn't quite for me. There is something about this coffee I can't quite put my finger on what it was but I found I a bit more harsh regardless of brewing method. I think for someone that likes the profile it would be great for them but again, just not for me.

very smooth mild brew
Deep, velvety with bright nuances

This was so good I turned around and bought several pounds after already just receiving a bunch of other coffees! This Micro-lot Peru Cajamarca was roasted towards medium and was deep, dark and velvety supple, with refreshing high notes in the finish.
Thank you

Hi Gayla,
I don’t know if you remember when I first ordered from you I asked about why your roast looked different than what I had been getting locally. (Luckily for me, I wasn’t able to get it all the time so was looking for a more reliable source.) Anyway, when I had a gap this time with you, I was able to get the local one and boy do I LOVE yours compared to theirs! Not just compared to yours, just period! I feel so grateful that I happened upon you and just wanted you to know.
Thank you so much!

Good Stuff to consider

I love this coffee; I grind the beans as I need them each morning and this method, vs mass grinding and storage, releases the kick-but essence locked within!!!!
check it out
