Gayle sent an email stating just received green Toraja Sulawesi GR 1 beans and I'm roasting in a day. This was on 6/12 on 6/24 I received the roasted beans and they are delicious. Can't beat the quality and service. And for the quality and the consideration she pays to the growers you can't beat it.

A more medium roast style, this is another example of a very round creamy brew, more regular chocolate, and freshness livening it up.
